Security camera details: Cameras are located at entrances and exits to the lobby, pool, and parking areas.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This was my first time for contact free check in and check out so it felt strange to me. The room smelled heavily of cleaning solution when we first arrived. I would have preferred to have clean linens every day. When our remote control didn't work we were told to buy batteries and turn in the receipt, I did not appreciate that. We had trouble figuring out how to navigate the television. There were 5 light bulbs that needed to be replaced. The bathtub was dangerously slippery. The refrigerator froze our fruit. The bed was comfortable. It was not clear that there was not a patio so we missed that amenity. We were not warned that the swimming pool was not usable. After this experience, I will know to ask more questions. It wasn't horrible, but not what we were expecting either.

The suite wasn’t cleaned to our standards, dirty floors and toilet but everything else was just as described. There’s a lot of construction happening with we were notified of ahead of time, and there is beach access though not directly from the building. Overall the stay was okay for our needs but I wouldn’t rent this if you want more than a room to sleep in.
