Latest and greatest TV for picture quality.
The heated (and gentle spray) toilet seat is a big deal and a nice touch for the tush!
I like the door lock system.
We brought things we didn't need to,
ex: beach chairs/towels because, in the closet those things are provided. We could walk to the Publix, beach gift shop or Walgreens and a great restaurant, Big Tuna's Beach Bar n Grill!
The space is a little tight (small).
Also, the pics made me believe we were seaside.
We were not. We were streetside.
One of the outdoor pools is under construction and the area is condemned so you have to go around the world to get to the beach by foot, carrying all the beach things.
You have to be savvy to get parking in front of the property or you can use overflow parking.

Location was really great because of the supermarket across the street and close to downtown but not too close.
