Breathtaking OCEAN FRONT Condo in Daytona Beach

The Locations I great and the view directly to Ocean is awesome. The Unit is clean and well valued. This is our 2nd year in a row at the same location and Unit. The Host is very responsive to any needs or questions. I have already booked for 2027.

The Facility itself is a bit in need to modernization and more open facilities. They need more carts and not be so hard to obtain without leaving my license. I asked the front desk the night before if I could get a cart as we were leaving at 5am. He told me no, but someone will be at the front desk at 5... Well, there was NOT and when we left at 5:30 still not. This required us to make 3 hard trips to and from the car. In 2026 carts were left out as most places do and I was able to grab on at 5am..

Location is great, right on the beach. Amazing ocean view and access. 1 min from apartment to the beach - almost its own entrance to the beach. Life guard station was right in front. In between beach, we used the pool, the spa and the sauna. Did not use the fitness room but looked good. All in all, a great resort style place with everything we needed to have a fun and relaxed day. We did some surfing and even caught sight of dolphins, quite a few and saw both days. Great breakfast place, sushi, indian and mexican restaurant around.

There was some renovation going on, the second pool was not working. However personnel were working very well and created very little noise or disturbance. Did not impact our stay or the fun.

Very nice room was clean and comfortable easy beach access

Only issue was parking it was sometimes hard to find parking spot

Really didn’t like much about it.

No tub stopper, doors were dirty to balcony, people were smoking weed and the whole floor smelled. Parking was an inconvenience, pool area and heading to the beach was inconvenient due to construction or there the lack of fixing things, this was the worst facility I have ever stayed at by far through booking and very disappointed.
