Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was very nice just the parking was terrible had to walk far to park but the room itself was amazing and the balcony we couldn’t really enjoy it because there was too much bird poop out there. It needs to be clean.

Like other comments the balcony was covered in bird poop, the bed had a big hole in the middle, and the door was kinda stuck but everything else was good. We came for bike week so the pool and things were closed and we weren’t in the room very often. The bathroom and kitchen were nice!

The room was fine. Clean and adequate for a three day stay. The beds need replacing as they are very worn and concave due heavy use. The key lock is less than ideal and takes two attempts every time. The resort is in terrible condition. Part of that is damage from the hurricane. However, the overall condition inside is old and unkept. 1 of 3 elevators was broken the entire time we were there. The carpets look stained. Hallway smelled. Recycling by elevators was full and never emptied. In general, I would not stay there again.
