About this house rental
Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this fun home. There is something for everyone: arcades, billiards, ping pong, plenty of board games, pickle ball +half basketball court, pool+spa, fire pit for those cooler nights, outdoor kitchen, to attached casita with separate bathroom, kitchenette and coffee bar for those wanting some privacy. Did I mention views? Stunning Mountain views on both sides. Only 15 mins to downtown PS. Located in brand new subdivision, beautiful and safe neighborhood.
*Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.
BEDROOM LAYOUT:
Bedroom 1: Master king with bathroom
Bedroom 2: queen
Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds / twin over full
Casita: Queen with bathroom
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
*Please keep chlorinator on the spa*
*Landscaping/gardener/pool tech at this home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
PETS:
We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet`s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.
Up to 2 small dogs (each 30
pounds or less)
- Must be in kennel at night or if left
alone in the house
- Dogs not allowed in pool
- Must be trained
- Must clean up any accidents

There is no indoor connecting door to the attached casita. You will receive the code to get in with your check in instructions.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
Music cell phone only before 8 pm. NO outdoor music. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 10pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 10 overnight and additional 5 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 8 pm charge to the guest.
Please know, we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed

Our family had a great stay here! The pool and hot tub, basketball/pickle ball court, and arcade games were all big hits with our kids. The home is very spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed and only wished we had planned to stay longer!
