1 located in the front yard pointing out to front of the garage (exterior), 1 in each side yard pointing to the outdoor and 1 in the backyard. They are recording 24/7 for safety purposes.
These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.
Pets:
• We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Property rules:
• Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Mailbox access is unavailable.
Music: Music is not allowed indoor/outdoors. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines indoor/outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.
No Smoking: Is not permitted anywhere on the property. $1,000 fee for violations.
Citations: The guest will be responsible for any resulting fines. Any citations issued by the city due to guest actions are also the guest's responsibility.
Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

We found this property to be very nice. Well stocked. Fun garage. Hot tub was great. Easy to check in and Mariam is very responsive to inquiries. The only observation I would make is that the pickleball dimensions are slightly off. But it plays well.

The home was a little underwhelming. The main suite bed is very cheap and didn't feel stable enough to sleep in so we slept in the casita. Pool and hot tub are great and the yard is really cool. I do have a concern with the camera in the back. It is totally focused on the pool despite what the description says. In general, the furniture and amenities were basic and moderate quality. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.
