This is an exquisite villa with uninterrupted views of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains – need we say more? Well, we're going to. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and sleek beige tones, this home nestles itself nicely into the natural environment. The stylish interior channels a sophisticated ambience, with its marble flooring, opulent furniture, dramatic spotlighting and chef's kitchen.
An open-plan layout connects the kitchen and dining areas to the relaxing living room, all with panoramic views of the mountains. There are five large bedrooms with deluxe beds that promise restful nights, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms that feature marble-tiled walk-in showers and spa facilities. Those keeping one eye on work during their stay will find two desk spaces that are perfectly suited for hosting client catch-ups and meetings.
Stepping outside, you’ll find a beautifully manicured, rich green garden that overlooks the mountains – there's really not a blade of grass out of place here. There is an alfresco dining area, as well as lounging areas and an outdoor fire pit to stay cosy around on a chilly summer's eve.
Located on the edge of Desert Hot Springs, you’ll be just a short four-minute drive away from upscale shops, restaurants, and spas while also being a forty-minute drive from the incredible hiking trails of Joshua Tree National Park.
P.S. We are stricting adhering to the platform's guidelines regarding sanitization of the home between guest visits. The expert housekeeping staff is cleaning every nook and cranny with bleach and safe materials that will keep all surfaces clean.
Pop-up parties are strictly forbidden, and could result in immediate eviction without refund. Thorough screening is done ahead of time, and technology is used to determined if unauthorized parties and events are taking place.
Also, regardless of the type of event or party (even if approved), please note that the maximum occupancy may be limited in size, according to guidelines enforced by Riverside County, the State of California, and/or the US Government.

They family room was large and provided a great location for our family reuinion; 5 bedrooms were very spacious with 4 bathrooms; only negatives were fire pit didn’t work for us and the bbq needs to be replaced, the heat was centered in a small location; the checkin process was great and the host responded quickly to every question both before and during our stay! Overall a great location for a large group and the price was very reasonable; also dearer hot springs was a great location for Palm Springs and site seeing in Joshua tree! The views were wonderful

This property has a very large open great room and kitchen with several couches for larger groups. Kitchen large with island but no bar stools. Cabinets somewhat overstocked with appliances so storage space for bought groceries is limited to back counter. Home needs some minor repairs to make it excellent. Mario was responsive and even bought extra folding chairs for us to use during our stay. Loved the views and the kids really enjoyed the grass in the backyard. Biggest disappointment was all the extra add on fees which totaled more than the cost of the rental since we had more than 6 people. Extra charges include children, even infants. (We had 4 small girls with 6 adults). We had a wonderful family reunion here and even with the minor things listed, it was still a wonderful home.
