About this house rental
Please read entire listing. The photos were taken before the added beds. Additionally, there is a dining room table along with a smaller dining table for use. Also, there are 3 counter stools at the kitchen bar
Pets allowed, you're welcome to book instantly and just inform me after you book, that you are bringing a pet. There is no fee for pets.
It’s a 4 bedroom home, the master, second and third bedroom all have queen beds. The 4th bedroom is an office And has the blue pull out sofa.
Brand new home, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with fenced in backyard. Beautifully decorated in mid-century modern decor with a backyard. Outdoor cameras for your safety.
Completely furnished with new furniture and decor.
Master Bedroom with Private Bath; Front Bedroom with Queen Bed; 3rd Bedroom with queen bed and separate full bath; 4th bedroom with pull-out sofa and full bath.
Fully functioning office with workstations, computers, printers, and local phone. Additionally, two electric blow-up beds available. Dogs upon approval.
Please note that I do live in the property 50 percent of the time so you will find extra amenities including a June Oven, High-end Coffee Maker, a top of the line treadmill and much more.
My home is not the typical vacation home. Upon entering the home, you will notice the extra care and custom touches that make your stay more enjoyable including original artwork, mid century furniture and other decor. If your looking for the run of the mill vacation home, this isn’t the property for you, it doesn’t have crappy furnishings and IKEA furniture.
There is designated spaces for you to put your clothes as well as a refrigerator full of condiments and water. Spacious kitchen with anything you could possibly need.
Please contact me for longer and discounted monthly stays. I do keep personal items in the property as well but that in no way with hamper your stay, just enhance it.
There is no construction at my property.

The property was situated in a great neighborhood close to many places including to grocery stores. Home always very comfortable to be out of heat. Would rent again if ever in the area heat

My family of 6 stayed here for a 4 day trip. The house is cute, the location is great for checking out both Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. My issue was that the house is not set up for guests, as it is apparent the owner lives there a majority of the time. All the closets and dressers were full of the owner's clothes. None of us were able to unpack. Same for the bathrooms, all cabinets/drawers were full with the owner's personal items. I'm just not a fan of that. There was no hand soap, etc. There is a exercise machine in the middle of the living room. The owner's food was stored in the fridge and there was no place to store the pantry items s we bought in the kitchen pantry so everything had to be left out on the counter. If these things are not important to you, then it's a good choice. But for me and my family, I prefer to have the house set up to accommodate guests.
