About this house rental
Beautiful vacation home with a pool and hot tub! Situated on a quiet street, this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or couples. 30 minute drive to Joshua Tree or Palm Springs. Kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room and living room are perfect for family gatherings. 4 full bedrooms (2 with kings; 1 with queen; 1 with two bunk beds), 2 large bathrooms, BBQ grill, and firepit and games! Washer and dryer in garage.
The space
Indulge in dreamy desert living at this serene southwest sanctuary. Designed for vacation comfort, this private oasis boasts a fully enclosed yard complete with a sparkling pool and an attached spa. There's outdoor seating on the patio and the wraparound pool deck includes an assortment of lounge chairs. A sunny patch of lawn features a propane firepit. Additional perks include a gas grill, a cornhole set, a giant Connect-4 game, and a giant Jenga game.
The sunlit interior comes well-appointed for modern family comfort, with an open layout and all the home essentials. Gleaming counters and a full suite of sleek, stainless steel appliances are sure to inspire culinary inspiration in the kitchen, and there's ample seating between the breakfast bar and dining table. Plush, all-new seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games set the stage for group gatherings in the living area. A gas fireplace adds a toasty touch of ambiance. Modern must-haves include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
Close to many different spas and resorts, you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak in the town's famous warm mineral waters. The nearby Cabot's Pueblo Museum offers a fascinating collection of Native American art and American folk art housed within a historic Hopi-style Pueblo home. You'll also have your choice of great nearby golf options, including Mission Lakes Country Club just over two miles away. There are also several fantastic hiking trails nearby, including Big Morongo Canyon Preserve and The Wildlife Conservancy - Mission Creek Preserve. Joshua Tree and Palm Springs are 30 minutes away.

Pool and Spa Heating: 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $75 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests should contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for the stay.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Jim and Shelly are the best! So accommodating, kind, helpful and made our stay wonderful! The house is equiptted with EVERYTHING you may possibly need to have a relaxing stay. The pool heated up super warm and even though the weather was a little windy during our stay, the kids had no problem hanging outside and splashing around!There is nothing worse than going on vacation where the kitchen is lacking basic things like cups, spices, etc-- not here! There was everything you needed and more, which makes a huge difference for us!

I booked this property for a birthday weekend with my friends. The hosts went above and beyond for our stay. We were able to check-in early and they surprised us with such a thoughtful gift basket! The property was as pictured -- beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was enough space for 10 people in the house. It's located on a quieter, residential street about 25 minutes from downtown Palm Spring. We had a small issue with the pool/hot tub heating that unfortunately resulted in being unable to use those amenities but the hosts were incredibly communicative and did everything you could hope for when the unexpected happens. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental in this area!
