Beds were very comfortable; very nice set up in family room allowing the group to sit comfortably and talk while facing each other. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including cutting boards & baking sheets. Neighborhood is safe but removed from the main area. There's a Keurig with pods but also a great independent coffee shop nearby that you should check out.
The verification process to book the house; Fee for early check in; check out should be later like 11am or 12pm given how late check in was. Hot tub is nice but the way it's designed, you can't sit on the side & just put your feet in without wearing a swimsuit.
