On arrive. On va sur la petite terrasse et...magnifique petit clin d'oeil sur l'une des tours de la Sagrada Familia!

Les échanges par mail (nos questions) avec notre hôte ont été efficaces et cordiaux.
Après le check out, la réponse de notre hôte où il nous assure la prise en compte de ce que nous lui avons signalé et qui pourrait/devrait être amélioré/changé.
Aménagement minimal mais agréable.
2 chambres donnent sur une rue +/- piétonne
1 chambre donne sur une cour intérieure
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré en outre:
la fermeture des portes des chambres (poignées mal en point) et celle de la porte vitrée.
l'état des stores extérieurs pour assurer facilement l'obscurité (un store intérieur fonctionnel existe) ou pour pouvoir les lever pour apprécier la lumière du jour.
Informer qu'il y a 4 étages à monter à pied.
reste un peu cher pour notre budget (pas non plus de points de comparaison autres)

Tesisin konumu iyiydi. Bina tarihiydi. Dışarıdan muhteşem görünüyordu. İyi ısındı. Havlular çarşaflar temizdi.
Çoook eski bir bina eşyalar da çok eski. Yerler yamuk. Salondaki kanepe çok kötü,kırık mı yamuk mu anlayamadım. Kapılar eski. Banyoda kilitli kaldım. Yataklar rahatsız. Yastıklar tek ve uzundu . Eski eski işe yaramaz vitrinler dolaplar. Mutfakta su ısıtıcı yoktu söyleyince hemen getirdiler ama. Banyo teknesinde duş alırken dışarı su akmaması imkansız.
