Good location only 6 stops on underground to Dumo Cathedral

Property was outdated, dirty and dusty. Bath was old and stained. One bed spread had dried blood stains. Curtain rail was broken. Toilet was dirty. Shower screen was broken.

Great stay and location in Milan, close to metro, restaurants or supermarkets. Had everything we needed for 6 adults and 1 child.

Excellent location for the trip - ideal for a family of 4 or a couple - in the heat the lounge was not really practical

Spacious - bedroom are big - air con excellent Location - ideal - close to the centre - we were here for a concert at the San Siro and it was an easy walk Facilities - all we needed Are all great

Bathroom is tired and needs updating - shower screen needs replacing - sink plug broken but these were OK but it needs attention.

Wonderful place, but needs some cleaning

The property is nice, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. We really liked the location with bakeries and restaurant nearby. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated little snacks left as a treat.

The most significant downside was the cleanliness. There were towels of previous guests thrown in the balcony. The bathtub was old and the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. We were not even sure that the toilet was cleaned before our arrival. With a bit of effort, it could be 10/10, which is a pity.

Will not recommend to this property to anyone.

Location

The staff and owner were very bad in behaving and they refused to fix apartments issues. Dishwasher was not working, kitchen ventilation was not working, bathtub balance water was not coming, either too hot or too cold. There are only 2 utensils in the kitchen with no pot lid. Wifi is very unstable. So overall like other guests we were being trapped with the plants in the apartment rooms. Nothing else

The apartment was great, but needs a bit of inexpensive attention.

Nice property in a nice residential location. I probably should have stayed closer to the train station. However, if I was visiting friends or family who were near the location, I would stay here again!

The apartment needs about 2 hours of work to make guests feel more comfortable. The shower curtain should be replaced, and maybe even take off the back wooden panel as it seemed like a hazard. The curtain was ripped off some of it loops. Also, when going to close the bedroom curtains, the curtain rod almost fell down. And lastly, we opened the doors and windows to get fresh air and a light breeze sent them slamming shut in a startling way. Maybe some door stops?

Spacious apartment in Milan!

Really spacious apartment perfect for a family or group of friends. Modern amenities, large bathroom and kitchen, comfortable beds, and small living room space with a wall-mounted TV. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions. Close to public transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay in Milan in a spacious apartment

It’s a good size apartment (for Europe) and fully self-contained. The location is in a good neighbourhood with cafes and metro close by.

Nothing really. It is an older building and the lift is tiny so it may take a few trips if you have lots of bags - still better than using the stairs that you get in most other places.

Lovely clean flat is a great location. Only let down by ancient bath/shower.

The area and neighbourhood were wonderful. Safe and peaceful but with lots of great restaurants nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you to the Centre within 15 minutes. The building is very secure and everyone we came across was very friendly.

The shower! Unfortunately this is over the bath which is very old and stained with water marks. The end of the plastic door was cracked and the folding parts of the door were very wobbly. One side had a plastic shower curtain. It’s a great shame be the rest of the bathroom was absolutely fine.

A perfect apartment for a stay in Milano!

The apartment was great for our short stay in Milano - we travelled as a family of five, and enjoyed the spacious and clean apartment. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to the inner city.

The only (minor) thing: the bathroom could profit from a renovation (having said that, it was all very clean, and all installations were working).

Comfortable stay for family of 6.

The apartment was comfortable for our family of 6. The A/C worked well which was much appreciated. The building has a tiny elevator but we were grateful to avoid hauling our luggage up the multiple levels. Two different subway stops are within an easy walk. The subway to Linate airport was very easy for our departure.

The apartment was not ready at check-in time. The cleaner was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags. The shower enclosure was wonky and didn’t seal water from dripping out of the tub basin.

Such a wonderful experience for our last night in Italy! The host met us at the room and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so that we could catch out Milan tour and not have to find another storage solution. The beds were super comfortable, the best we had in Italy!

This was a great apartment in a lovely residential area of Milan.

Our host, Albi, was very gracious and helpful as was the staff of the building. The apartment is so well appointed and we had everything we needed to be comfy. We’d have loved to stay longer.

The shower was a bit hard to navigate but we managed.

Prima appartement in een goede buurt en dicht bij twee metrohaltes en een lekker bakkertje voor ontbijt. Snelle in- en out check procedures.

De ‘woonkamer’ was niet zo gezellig om te zitten. Wij kwamen echter voor de Olympische spelen dus waren weinig in het appartement. Ik heb liever een douche dan een bad waarin je kan douchen. Het bad kan ook een upgrade gebruiken.

Buen apartamento

Habitaciones grandes tanto la que tiene cama doble grande como la que tiene la otra cama doble, la cama individual y la cuna. Tiene un buen baño con bañera/ducha una cocina suficientemente amplia con multitud de menaje y un comedor útil con sofá cama. Está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y con acceso cercano al metro. La zona tiene restauración, supermercado y párking cercano. El anfitrión dejó "cositas" de bienvenida que van muy bien recién llegados del viaje (café entre ellas).

No hubo nada que nos disgustase, al contrario.

Na krótki pobyt przy zwiedzaniu Milano - polecamy :)

Spędziliśmy tu tylko jedną noc, więc ciężko mi mówić na temat tego, jak spisałby się ten obiekt na dłuższy pobyt - na jedną noc super. Zameldowanie przez whatsapp na dwa dni przed przyjazdem, potem kod do drzwi i kod do skrzynki i jesteś - bardzo proste. Dojazd do mieszkania z lotniska też OK - dotarliśmy koło północy, ale było sprawnie i bezpiecznie. W mieszkaniu OK, czysta pościel, czyste ręczniki.

Łazienka jest dość stara i mało komfortowa w użyciu - ale to detal raczej, bo wszyscy ogarnęli higienę 😉

Podrían estudiar dejar unas botellas de agua embotellada. Llegamos de noche y no teníamos agua embotellada por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscarlas.
