Everything about our stay was seamless from start to finish. The host was proactive, highly responsive, and made sure we had clear, helpful instructions well before our arrival, which made the entire process stress-free. The apartment was lovely, incredible location. Even the Milan city tax was handled in the most comfortable way possible (online). It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome and taken care of, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail.

Le lit était confortable et les oreillers aussi. L'appartement est très proche du métro ce qui est un plus (4 arrêts du stade).

Quartier calme loin de l'animation du centre.
L'annonce parle d'un parking privé intérieur ce qui n'est pas le cas, le logement ne bénéficie pas d'un parking privé. C'est très déceptif quand on arrive. L'hôte me recommande un parking dans le quartier qui ressemble à un garage miteux, géré par une personne qui annonce des prix en fonction de votre plaque d'immatriculation... bien loin des 25€ annoncés dans l'offre (40€ après avoir vu ma plaque non italienne). Et étrangement... non loin de cette arnaque, un parking de la ville qui pratique des tarifs raisonnables. Comprendra qui voudra..
Il n'est pas non plus précisé dans l'annonce que l'appartement se trouve en rez de chaussée qui donne sur la rue, malgré qu'elle soit assez calme dès qu'une voiture ou une moto passe on l'entend dans tout l'appartement, il y a aussi que l'appartement est vraiment collé a la porte d'entrée ce qui vous permet de suivre les aller et venues de tout l'immeuble. Comme très tôt le matin entendre un voisin siffler et parler à une voisine devant la porte. Attention, le logement est très correct mais tout cela n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce, il vaut mieux le savoir avant de réserver.
