La zona è tranquilla e l’ambiente spazioso.
La struttura dalle foto sembra molto più bella e nuova rispetto alla realtà. La pulizia sicuramente un pochino da migliorare. La posizione non così vicina al centro( circa 30 minuti per arrivare alla Cattedrale)

Super schöne Ausstattung, alles in weiß/Bohemian, stylisch und sauber. Internet /TV/Klimaanlage/Elektroheizung haben super funktioniert. Bad klein, aber sauber/neu und funktional.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist leider sehr feucht. Es gibt Geräte zum Entfeuchten und auch Raumdüfte, es ist also im Bewusstsein, aber die Feuchtigkeit und der entsprechende Geruch sind leider nicht zu verstecken. Das Fenster zur Straße kann man nicht offen lassen, denn Autos und Menschen hört man ständig, Sichtschutz gibt es aber. Die Lage ist etwas abseits in verwinkelten Gassen und etwas düster, aber grundsätzlich sicher.
