Very well located place. Additionally host was super friendly and share a lot of useful insights and hints. Moreover, we had a late check-in and it wasn't a problem a lot. I can definitely recommend.
It is city center, so we heard nosies from street. But it was something we knew from begining.

Appartement très propre.
La décoration est choisie avec goût.
Tout le nécessaire est présent (gel douche, shampoing, liquide vaisselle, éponge, sac poubelle…)
Nous avons eu de très bonnes explications à notre arrivée pour récupérer les clefs et pour trouver l’appartement.
Il y a juste en bas un petit supermarché, un café, des bars, une jolie église… L’emplacement est idéal.
L’appartement se situe à 15min à pied du centre ville, nous avons tout fait à pied pendant notre séjour.
L’isolation des fenêtres est inexistante, la nuit nous entendions les bruits comme si nous étions dans la rue.
Problème d’humidité dans la salle de bain.

AMAZING location, very well decorated, cozy beds, and great facilities overall. We especially appreciated the washer and drier.
It was also surprisingly easy to get the keys from the lockbox; it really is quite close to the flat so don't let that deter you from booking this place. I would 100% book this next time I travel to Sevilla.
Extra comforters would've been nice. All extra bedding was under lock and one day it got really cold for my parents. Also they should fix the bottom of the shower door so the floor doesn't get flooded.

Great position.
Nice apartment with calm decor, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, good linens and well stocked.
Kettle did not work.
Sofa was stained and hadn't been dealt with.
Main problem: shower flooded - really flooded the floor - as seal not working. We are told it could not be fixed on the 2nd day which meant we had to wedge towels round the shower (unsuccessfully) and it made showering and using bathroom awkward and unpleasant. Its such a shame as everything else was fine.
The street is quite noisy at night - this is Seville life/cobbled street and didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.
We are sad at having to leave a bad review
