La struttura si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Setas e dal Palacio de las Dueñas. L’alcazar e la cattedrale si raggiungono facilmente a piedi in 10 minuti.
La struttura purtroppo aveva 2 bagni di cui 1 che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare in quanto c’era una forte puzza di fogna e anche nell altro era percepibile ma per fortuna di meno. Inoltre c’erano per casa diversi moscerini.
