The apartment is perfectly located right in the city center. It was even ready before the official check-in time, and communication with the hosts was easy and clear. The windows perfectly block out any noise from the lively little square right below the building; it got pretty busy in the evening, but we didn't hear a thing. Keep in mind, though, that we kept the windows closed the entire time.
We ran into a couple of issues during our stay. The dishwasher started leaking as soon as we turned it on, so we weren't able to use it at all. Also, the shower setup was quite inconvenient—there is only one shower bracket, and it is positioned too high up to use comfortably (if you don't want to wet your hair, for example).

Excellent location. Clean & tidy. Exactly as described. Great communication.
Floor in bathroom needs replacing by shower entry. Presently usable. But it didn’t detract or impact our stay.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Visiting during Holy Week, we were able to see the prosesions from the balcony. That was truly a unique experience. The apartment is spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils were all there for use. Keyless entrance is great.
Host was not super easy to get a hold of. Very basic furniture. Beds were uncomfortable. No shampoo. Very basic/minimal toiletries provided. Apparently there was a house keeper in the building that you could ask for things but we never saw that person. The washing machine was not working. For the price, would expect a bit more.
