Emplacement parfait, proche de petites places avec ambiance et à 15 min de tous les sites grandioses. Superbe appartement tout en longueur avec une petite terrasse. 2 toilettes et full équipé.

Gros problème d’humidité ascensionnelle. L’appartement est rempli de ponts thermiques qui empêchent une respiration saine pour les personnes fragiles

Дуже зручне розташування відносно всіх визначних місць Севільї,15-30 хвилин ходу. Апартаменти гарно обладнані всім необхідним для відпочинку та приготування їжі. Є кондиціонер, який підтримує комфортну температуру. Ліжка зручні, білизна та рушники білосніжні. Апартаменти просторі. Є маленьке патіо зі столиком та стільцями, влітку там гарно посидіти з кавою чи вечерею. Поруч є місце, де з 11 до 17 щодня готують смачну паелью. Враження чудові! Дякуємо Pablo за гостинність!

Для нас це було не принципово, бо ми приходили в апартаменти лише відпочивати після прогулянок містом, в апартаментах немає вуличного світла - це будівля типова для старого міста. Але для доступу свіжого повітря є вікно біля вхідних дверей і патіо відчиняється також. Диван брудний та штучні рослини в інтер'єрі також (добре б їх поставити під душ).

There is no kitchen knife, no cutting board. Be very careful with electricity consumption. If the induction hob and the water heater or two burners of the hob are turned on at the same time, the electrical fuse disconnects. I have solved this problem every time, but it is possible that there are tourists who do not know how to do it. The apartment was prepared only by vacuuming the floors, with dust remaining visible on the furniture. The lighting in the main bathroom failed after the first day, I reported this to the administrator but it was not resolved until I left (after 7 days), the reason being that the lamp in question was LED and had to be purchased from a specialty store. One of the LEDs in the kitchen was constantly turning off randomly in an annoying way. The conclusion I came to after 7 nights spent in the apartment is that the administrator hardly cared about maintenance at all, being satisfied with the fact that the cleaning staff changes the sheets and towels, sweeps and mops the floor. He did not react even after I reported that the soap dispensers were empty at the bathroom sinks, as well as at the service toilet. I maintained the cleanliness as much as I could, but it was difficult because there was a broom but no dustpan. When we arrived at the accommodation, we noticed that we had no hot water in the kitchen and the service toilet, meaning that in the hot water position there was no water flowing. I communicated this to the administrator, and I solved the problem myself after identifying a tap that supplied the two locations that was closed. The answer I received was that they did not close the tap. Communication with the owner was good and fast, but the problems were not solved or I solved them myself. A beautiful apartment, but poorly managed.
