L’appartement est très bien situé, dans un rue calme un peu excentré ce qui nous a évité le bruit du monde du aux festivités de la semaine sainte. Nous avons pu visiter Séville à pied. La communication avec le/les gestionnaires est extrêmement réactive, efficace et très cordiale. Je pense que c’est un endroit où je pourrai revenir car 3 jours à Séville donne juste envie d’y revenir.

We liked the layout of the apartment, the beautiful and high-quality furniture, as well as the fully equipped kitchen that had everything necessary for cooking. The terrace was also pleasant.
However, we did not like the following: very poor insulation and noise coming from all sides, the building’s entrance door being so loud that it feels as if someone is entering the apartment, an unpleasant sewage smell in the building’s hallway and in the bathroom itself, insufficient cleanliness and visible dust in the apartment, and an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner when it is turned on.
