overall the place is really good , safe enough, has its own little area
neighbours are friendly
lack of cups and plates, no cutting board, no frying pan lid - those are minor but good to have; the area is energy ineffective- need to do heating by air conditioning during winter all the time

Для одного человека весьма комфортно. Все работает, жалко что розетка возле кровати только одна. Тихий дворик, хорошее месторасположение, рядом большой супермаркет, красивый парк, старинное кладбище .
Очень шумный холодильник, и тарабанит он целый час. Нет стола, стульев, только садовый набор снаружи. Не было шампуня, геля для душа, это странно.

Daļēji sabojāta ieejas durvju aile kas ļoti traucēja iekļūšanu naktsmītnē un durvju lietošanu ikdienā. Nepieciešams pieslīpēt durvju ailes metāla daļas kas ir deformējušās un traucē atvērt un aizvērt durvis. Tas ir vienkārši izdarāms ar elektrisko rokas slīpmašīnu 5 minūtēs. Pietrūkst paliktņa čemodānam un pāris normālu krēslu. Lietojām terases krēslus , ko ienesām istabā.

The apartment had numerous amenities (like hair dryer, ironing kit, microwave). The personel was very nice and helpful. Pretty close to bus stop (around 5min) and metro (15min). Soap and shampoo were available. Fridge worked really well, as well as all utensils in the kitchen.
The apartment was cleaned only a bit. The sheets were stained inside, there were spider webs under cabinets and a lot of dust under each furniture. Also the location after dark was shady and I would not recommend coming back at night by bus. The door locks (each three of them) did not work properly.
