The location of the apartment is decent, around there are several markets for shopping, district is very calm and silent. Balcony is pretty big where you can go out sit and enjoy the chirping of the birds. There is a great park in around 10 minutes of walk. All household appliances were working, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Had good experience with communication with the host. If you like walking there is a shopping mall in about 1km of radius. You can visit some popular sightseeing of the city by walking it's not too far.
Although, cleaning service is included in the payment, upon our arrival we noticed that the apartment wasn't as clear as expected and paid for. For example, forks, glasses, plates, near fridge places and other areas of other rooms. Seems like, there are weak fuses in the house because when we used two electric radiators plus microwave, electricity powered off. We spent half day investigating the issue.

Appartamento essenziale per pochi giorni. Con market vicino. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.
La struttura garantiva il parcheggio gratuito ma mi sono trovata 90 euro di multa.
L’host mi ha offerto 2 giorni in più peccato che avessimo un aereo da prendere (ovviamente). Niente caffettiera. Ad un certo punto facendo una lavatrice dallo scarico della doccia e’ uscito di tutto. Un odore terribile.
Lo scarico del lavandino della cucina perdeva.
