David was very welcoming and very helpful. He helped me settle in and then later checked up by text to make sure all was ok.
The room is well situated for visiting all of Madrid’s attractions while being in a quieter area.

The location is great, short walk to the city centre, but also a metro and a bus stops nearby. Property was very clean and well maintained. Access to a washing machine is a lifesaver for the Madrid heat.
David, the host was super helpful and has left a 5l bottle of water in the fridge which was a really great and unexpected gesture.
The pin on booking.com is not very accurate as it shows a street crossing and not the proper address. In addition the blanket on the bed was a bit rough and itchy to touch.

Nice location close to Ibiza metro station. Host David was super friendly. It was clean and the price was reasonable.
I got a slightly different room that was advertised, but it was ok. Noisy neighbourhood - music till late night.
