The location, convenience, as well as adequate appliances provided which are helpful for everyday life, and a nicely decorated comfortable apartment. The cleaning staff was extremely dedicated to providing me a clean space which I totally appreciated.
Had some hiccups at check-in with unexpected leakage in the kitchen, from the apartment above. The host was willing to compensate for the inconvenience caused that night, as well as had the place thoroughly cleaned. While it was not a great start to my stay, the follow-up taken made up for it, which I'm thankful for, making it a plus.

Es tal como lo presentan en fotos, es amplio y muy cómodo, la ubicación es buenísima, está cerca de puerta de sol, Gran Vía, tiene estaciones de metro y Renfe cerca, la atención es excelente, durante la estancia presenté problemas con la caldera y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Súper recomendado.

Good location, very close to the metro station and walkable to Plaza Mayor (10 minutes max). There are several supermarkets very close by, including Dia, Prima, and Carrefour. The apartment is nicely decorated and has enough supplies. The host was very responsive and made an effort to help when requested, for the most part.
Some inconsistencies in service attitude on WhatsApp. There were some issues with trash placement (bins not showing up for a few days), which was annoying due to its impact on hygiene and public health.

I stayed for multiple weeks around November and December. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location, bed was comfortable and the kitchen spacious.
It's true that you can hear the people queuing for a club on the other side of the street at night, so I cant recommend that place if you cant fall asleep easily. For me it wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely book it again.
