The location and how its so close to the metro station. Makes it really easy get to a lot of places in Madrid.

The notification about potential noise was not provided until after I had already made the full payment. This information was not disclosed at the time of the original reservation, which is misleading and prevented me from making an informed decision. To clarify, the noise from nearby bars was not the primary issue. The main concern was the presence of homeless individuals sleeping directly outside the front door of the property throughout our stay. This created constant noise and, more importantly, raised serious safety concerns. We felt uncomfortable leaving the property due to the risk that our belongings could be stolen or that we could be confronted upon entry or exit. This situation was unacceptable and significantly impacted our experience. Had this been disclosed beforehand, we would have chosen a different accommodation. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution to address the inconvenience and discomfort caused

Metro istasyonuna yakınlığı çok güzeldi. Fiyat-ferformans açısından çok dengeli bir konaklama yaşadık. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Mutfak, banyo, internet , klima imkanları gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Evin önündeki lokantalardan çok fazla ses geldi, sabaha kadar eğlendiler. Dışarı kaynaklı bu durum bizi rahatsız etti. Ek yatak için yeterince imkan yoktu. Üç kişi ayrı ayrı yatamıyor.
