Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Haus, direkt neben der Metro-Station. Es fahren auch verschiedene Busse ab dort. Die Anbindung ist also generell gut, die Wohnung war für 5 Personen auch völlig in Ordnung. Wir waren ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Wir fühlten uns sicher. Es gibt viele Bars und Möglichkeiten zu Essen in der Gegend. In ca. 9 Geh-Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Park mit verschiedenen Spielgeräten. Super für Familien mit Kindern.

Appartamento spazioso e parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Metropolitana sotto casa.
Mobilio vecchio e per lo più danneggiato (cucina e bagno) - aria condizionata solo nella sala e in una sola delle 3 camere e con raccolta condensa in casa. Cucina piuttosto spoglia - in definitiva un solo bagno + un WC con lavandino. Poco adatta alla calda Madrid di agosto se per soggiorni medio-lunghi.
