The location, respectful neighbours

Sergio is very attentive to the guest needs. This place is ideal for people who want a quiet place to sleep and less expensive because in the central streets everything was too expensive to stay and loud especially in the late afternoon. The accommodation is spotless, organized and feels home. I used the microwave and the refrigerator to store my take away food and manage to do laundry in the morning. Sergio allows us to use the kitchen like heating food, making coffee and storing foods. It is easy to go to the central streets. I take a bus 138 and get off at Plaza de Espanya, then the same bus 138 then get off on Caramuel then 5 minutes walk to the accommodation. There are convenience stores or mini markets around the area so you can grab some fruits or a bottle of water. Most of the stores are open at 10am but there are coffee shops around the area. You Will enjoy madrid it is easy to go around because it is not as big as Barcelona plus the Park is very cosy. The room I had is comfortable for a single/solo travel, not too big and not too small.

Хозяин вовремя и комфортно заселил, все показал. Неплохая локация, близко от общественного транспорта, до королевского дворца при желании можно дойти пешком

Очень маленькая площадь комнаты, окно которой выходит на лоджию, на которой расположен обеденный стол, т.е. прям рядом с твоей кроватью через окно возможно кто-то будет принимать пищу. Квартира расположена на первом этаже, вдоль окон балкона постоянно кто-то ходит, как будто рядом с тобой. При уборке используется очень много химии, запах невозможно сильный, как будто нечем дышать. Низкие потолки. Чайник на один стакан воды. Постельное белье - синтетика. Первое впечатление - было желание куда-то уехать. При этом это не вина хозяина, просто такое помещение.
