Breathaking view in a wonderful apartment!

Prime location! The greatest view we could imagine. To wake up into paradise with the Rosengratten mountain in front of you. Besides that, the apartment is well equipped and kitchen is perfect for cooking. Each room has a balcony with a breathtaking view. The top of all was the assistance of the hosts! Very helpful and made us feel warmly at home.

Stunning Views

The communication with the hostess was great and everything went smoothly with the self checking in. The views were spectacular at the property and Dagmar had left us some afternoon tea for when we arrived which was much appreciated. Kitchen was fully equipped and there is a small supermarket not far from the house although it is down the mountain so best shop before driving up to the house. Beds were ok.

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick, zum Wohlfühlen

Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Südtirol`s Berge. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Bergstraße mit 15 engen Kehren, für ungeübte Autofahrer vielleicht etwas schwierig.

Tolle Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen sensationellen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Auf Wünsche wird schnell und unkompliziert eingegangen. Die nächtliche Ruhe ist in den gemütlichen Betten sehr erholsam.

Die technische Ausstattung der geräumigen Küche könnte besser sein. Eine gemütliche Couch für ein gemütliches Zusammensein der Feriengäste wäre wünschenswert.

Traumblick und gemütlich

Also, man hat vom Balkon den wunderbarsten Blick und die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und die Stube mit dem Ofen ist urgemütlich ! Das Besitzer-Ehepaar ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps zum Wandern und Radfahren. Überhaupt ist es Fahrrad-Fahr-Traum-Gebiet !!! Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen sicherlich wieder !

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, aber in der Küche sind deutlich zu wenig Steckdosen ;-)

Erholsame, ruhige Wintertage am Berg in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage am Berg mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie! Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bushaltestelle in 100 Meter Entfernung und ca. 30 Minuten nach Bozen oder Seis) - zwischen 7 und 20 Uhr mindestens stündliche Verbindung und die Nutzung ist für ganz Südtirol in der Gästekarte inkludiert - vorbildlich und ein echter Mehrwert für Umwelt und Geldbeutel. Im nächsten Dorf ist mit dem Astra ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant, das auch gehobenen Ansprüchen gerecht wird (Reservierung obligatorisch).

Die Energiesparlampen in Küche und Stube machen ein sehr kaltweißes, grelles und beinahe ungemütliches Licht, die sollten vielleicht gegen freundlichere LED-Kampen getauscht werden.

Traumhaft schön! Gerne wieder!

Sehr gut hat uns die herzliche Begrüßung gefallen. Es wurde uns auch direkt angeboten, ob wir Vorschläge für Wanderrouten erhalten möchten. Es gab diese nicht nur in ausreichender Form in der Ferienwohnung, sondern auch persönlich. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung ist auch die Bushaltestelle. Mit der Gästekarte konnte man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr kostenlos nutzen und musste nicht das Auto nehmen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Das ist schon Urlaub.
