location was nice, the view excellent, the apartment was clean and tidy

here there are some things that made our stay not very pleasant; we booked the apartment through booking(that gives you the option of 2 ppl;we were 3);as soon as we arrived and the owners saw that we were 3 and it was like their whole world collapsed: we were asked to pay an extra 35 euro per night for the third person... we didn t say anything because we could t have let the third person sleep in the car but it would have been common sense(from our perspective) to have that person pay only the city fee considering we booked the whole apartment. we were instructed from the beginning to be VERY careful about the ap as it was new(renovated 2 years ago), we were taught how to use the dishwasher(no benefit of the doubt given that we would have known how to use it...) First day(Monday) they entered the apartment and changed the heating(from 5 that was set by us to 2,max was 6),we weren't in the ap that day. second day they were surprised that someone was in the ap(our car was not there, so they assumed that it was empty probably) because they came again to change the heating around noon; this time apparently they got an alert from the heating system that something was wrong... in the evening I asked about the heating and they came again and basically pun on On the fuse(from fuse box) related to the heating; they announced us that the next day a technician will come to check the heating... a guy came and looked at the fuse box, the owners gave us a panetone as an apology.... Thursday they did not enter the ap, Friday they were lurking outside to ask the hour that we will leave the next morning. what we did not like was the complete lack of privacy, that someone was entering the apartment with our stuff inside without us knowing that;also the fact that the owners are continuously lurking around is not pleasant also. 3ppl, 5days, 6 nights ...we were left with one and a half toilet paper roll(1.

Beautiful place in the heart of South Tyrol.

If you’re looking for a place to really enjoy everything South Tyrol has to offer, look no further! This place was about 20 minute bus ride from Bolzano and was a good base camp to explore nearby areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my 13-day stay at this place. My place had a great view of Mt. Schlern, and it was exceptionally well-kept with fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you might need. The owners were always available and were very helpful in providing me with necessary information to make the best out of my stay there. I could totally live there for the entire year just to enjoy the lovely atmosphere 😉 Thank you for making my experience so wonderful! I’ll be sure to come back for another stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence Villa Schlern. The hosts were very responsive and absolutely lovely, the views spectacular, the apartment perfectly clean, fully functional and very cozy. Great, spacious shower, very comfortable beds, fully furnished and high quality kitchen, authentic design, beautiful wooden floors. We immediately felt at home and will definitely come back! Eva und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Wohnung mit den 2 Bädern hat alles, was man zum Erholen und Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Sauna ist grandios und bietet einen tollen Blick in die Berge.

Erholsame Tage am Schlern/ Völs

Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Die Aussicht war fantastisch und die Ausstattung sehr komfortabel. Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit für Fragen offen und hilfsbereit.

Die WLAN Verbindung war überwiegend nur im Wohnzimmer stabil.
