Wonderful memories at Neuhuberhof!

We had a wonderful stay at Neuhuberhof! Silvia is extremely helpful, and we really feel at home. The apartment is well situated on an apple farm surrounded by stunning mountain views, and it even comes with a kids' playground and little farms of small animals. My kids love it so much! The location is definitely an excellent base for exploring the Dolomites, yet it's away from the touristy areas with a few really nice restaurants and warm people! We wish to be back one day.

Minor, but perhaps an insect repellent can be provided in the apartment.

Perfect place for a relaxing family stay

Excellent, very comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. Nicely shaded loggia. Surrounded by apple plantation, still walking distance to local restaurants. Very friendly and caring owner. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic stay, which was made to feel like home

This place was amazing, we were sad, that we stayed only two nights there. Everything was clean, comfy. There were a little farm with cute animals, also cows. On the first floor was a small shop, where u could buy fresh eggs and home made juices and wine. Owner of property were really kind and welcoming, everything was made to feel like home. In our room we also found a owner made book about best atractions near by and other important things for our stay. We highly recomend this place for everyone, place was in a beautiful location with apple trees, mountains and huge balcony for breakfasts. Thank you for this nice apartament!

It was perfect.

The location is perfect as the property is close to the best slopes. There is a well-stocked shop 5-min away. We enjoyed the host family who were very welcoming and made our stay very relaxing. Farm animals made the stay really unforgettable for our kids. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming to this place next year.

Best accommodation ever & a sweet kind host 10/10

This is by far my most favourite accommodation since I have been travelling. I would live in this apartment. The host is a sweet kind woman, super friendly. The views from the bedroom and living room are amazing 😍 There is natural light in the apartment, thanks to the large glass windows and doors. The kitchen is well equipped. Private parking in front of the house.

Appartamento molto bello ma isolato

L’appartamento è molto bello, accogliente e moderno. Viene messo a disposizione quanto necessario per la gestione della cucina anche per pochi giorni, manca solo il forno. Silvia è un ottimo padrona di casa e abita al piano di sotto. Nello spazio esterno alla casa ci sono animali e giochi per bambini, inoltre è possibile acquistare prodotti della loro fattoria.

L’alloggio rimane un po’ fuori mano e isolato, il paesino di fiè allo scillar non offre niente se non chiesa e supermercato inoltre soggiornare all’interno della stessa struttura con il proprietario ( piano di sopra) da sempre sensazione di invadere spazi personali. Gli orari di check-in e check out sono molto penalizzanti: check in dopo le 16 anche se su nostra richiesta la proprietaria c’è venuta incontro e check out entro le nove del mattino, orario impensabile per chi ha bisogno di riposare in vista di un viaggio e visti i prezzi dell’alloggio ci si aspetta di poterne usufruire comodamente. Aggiungo a malincuore che questa è l’unica struttura dove ci é stato richiesto il pagamento a parte, per nostro figlio di due anni e due mesi per cui non è stato fornito alcun servizio a aggiuntivo ( culla/ lettino, fasciatoio, scalda latte ecc..) Il soggiorno si è concluso con l’amaro in bocca.

Ottima soluzione sia per visita a Bolzano sia per rilassarsi nel verde

La posizione è fantastica, in mezzo alle coltivazioni di mele nel verde ed inserita nel bel paesino di Fie. Vista molto bella delle montagne e della valle. La casa è nuova e con tutti i confort. Padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili. Possibilità di comprare prodotti locali in struttura e servizio colazione su prenotazione.

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata ed abbiamo avuto qualche incertezza nel trovarla.

Wir sind begeistert! Tolle Lage, Parkplätze vor der Tür, sehr saubere, neue, gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage. Die Ortsmitte ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Férias maravilhosas num lugar cheio de paz

ADORAMOS TUDO!! A Silvia é uma pessoa espetacular, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. O apartamento era fantástico, com todas as comodidades necessárias, extremamente limpo e muito moderno. A localização também era excelente. Ficamos ainda mais surpreendidos ao chegar, pois fomos recebidos com muito carinho pela Silvia e sua família, que nos fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Sem dúvida, voltaremos. Não poderíamos pedir melhor! Tudo foi maravilhoso desde o início ao fim.

Fue absolutamente espectacular. La habitación incluso mejor de como se veía en las fotos, es perfecto poder contar con cocina, y se nota que todo era muy nuevo. La cama muy cómoda, todo impecable, volvería una y mil veces.

Super nette Gastgeber, ganz unkompliziert. Haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung, deren Größe und Schnitt aber jedem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten hat.
