The 75 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on the Heiglerhof dairy farm, just 4.5 km from Steinegg in the Eggental valley (South Tyrol). Perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxing farm stay. Cows, calves, chickens, and cats provide an authentic experience. The apartment on the second floor accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an additional sofa bed. The living kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, dish towels, hand soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, from the balcony.
A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are included.
