I'm not sure but it would be perfect if the owner left the keys in some safety box or something, I was late for an hour due to traffic and didn't find anyone to open the door for me , luckily I asked the neighbours and they contacted the property to open it.

Great apartment and proximity to the arena

Great property, newly renovated with loads of space. Really warm and homely, loads of light from the room wide windows. Bathroom and shower excellent. Kitchen facilities more than adequate for home cooking. Brilliant WIFI. Nice outdoor space, would be perfect in the warmer months. Great nights sleep, very peaceful. Loved this place and a great location in Collalbo.

No satellite tv / tv not “smart”, no biggie just thinking what could improve.

Ruhige, zentral gelegene und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Bergblick

Wir hatten eine sehr charmante Gastgeberin. Der Blick von unserer großen Terrasse auf den Schlern und den Ritten war bezaubernd. Unser Appartement hatte eine tolle Ausgewogenheit zwischen moderner Einrichtung und auch hochwertigen Holzmöbeln. Lage zentral und dennoch ruhig, unmittelbar oberhalb der Sigmund-Freud-Wanderung von Klobenstein nach Oberbozen. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns (inkl. unserem Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt :-).

Alles bestens ....nicht einmal das Wetter hätte im Oktober besser sein können ;-))

Obwohl nah an der Straße war das Appartement ruhig. Lage am Ortsrand.

Sehr schmales Bett mit einer weichen Matratze. Holzstühle ohne Polster richtig hart für einen gemütlichen Abend zu Zweit. Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher.

una settimana al renon, un posto davvero incantevole

tutto, oltre le aspettative. il renon è un posto di sogno, il paese di collalbo è uno dei due centri principali. il residence belmonte è in una posizione splendida, con viste veramente grandiose sullo sciliar e il rosengarten dalle finestre e dal balcone. c'è un meraviglioso giardino, con uscita diretta sulla freud promenade, una passeggiata da fare. l'interno degli appartamenti è molto bello, con arredi di design moderni ed eleganti con qualche tocco tradizionale di gran gusto. cucina e bagno molto belli e confortevoli e forniti di tutto. io che amo l'arte ho apprezzato anche acquerelli e stampe appesi in vari punti della casa. l'accoglienza è stata gentilissima, e poi sempre discreta. ci siamo sentiti veramente "a casa".

io personalmente ho problemi cervicali e non mi trovo bene con i cuscini di piume troppo cedevoli, che però tutti usano da queste parti. ho fatto presente la cosa alla signora che mi ha subito procurato un altro cuscino. ecco, forse si potrebbe offrire subito un secondo cuscino un po' più rigido così l'ospite potrebbe scegliere.

De locatie was prachtig mooi dorpje in de bergen. Personeel vriendelijk. En een prachtige tuin. En een ruime kamer.

De dikke dons dekbedden waren wat warm voor in de zomer.
