I booked my stay online through Agoda.com. Upon arrival, the receptionist did not seem very welcoming. There was no greeting such as “Hi” or “Welcome,” and the staff’s expression looked rather stern, almost as if they were waiting for me just to finish their shift.
Inside the room, there was a TV provided, but unfortunately no remote control, which made it impossible to turn it on and watch. The room also lacked some basic amenities such as a kettle for boiling water and toilet tissue, which are usually expected in hotel accommodations.
Overall, the room itself was simple and functional, but the lack of hospitality at check-in and missing essentials made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
