We booked a family studio though there are only 2 of us because we want to have the space and 2 beds to sleep on. We felt the family studio was a bit lacking in privacy because it is located on the ground floor. The staff are very accommodating and move us to the upper floor which is a twin bed studio. We enjoy the quiet environment, clean air and good views.

It was disappointing to pay for Rm600 when the room smell, the towels are not very hygienic . Serious upgrading needed, splashing of cooking stain is everywhere in the wall. There’s other chalet have better facilities, despite views are very nice. I think a good happy stay in the chalet was prefer by our families. Toilets can improve, shower curtains are old. Urine smell is very strong in the toilet.
