    Had an absolutely amazing 4D 3N stay at here! Haha honestly it was the best. The rooms were beautifully designed and super clean. A huge shoutout to the wonderful staff and the cleaners who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. On top of that, the view of Mount Kinabalu from the hotel is just breathtaking! Highly recommended, definitely going to repeat this stay again!

    Booked the chalet twin, when arrived and collected the keys, found that the room was totally not ready, only saw mattresses on the floor, some rubbish left by previous guests, also the condition of the bathroom was quite dirty, just by peekimg from the door. I paid extra rm100 to upgrade to the twin room at hotel wing, the room was in better condition, however the bathroom always smelled like sewer. Since the weather was hazzy, we didnt get to enjoy the view of mt kinabalu that much. However the cafe and restaurant there were pretty good. Overall, paid rm570 for this room without breakfast, its not worth the money. Would only consider to stay again if the room is cheaper like rm350 and below.
