Kami pilih bilik Chalet dalam hutan.. hidup dalam alam yg natural. View Gunung Kinabalu. Malam2 boleh lepak borak depan bilik. Paling best ada seekor ibu kucing yang join lepak sekali kat situ.. kucing comel dan persekitaran chalet pun bersih… kucing tu baik. Mungkin pihak hotel boleh gantung name tag nama hotel kat kucing tu❤️ sebab dia sambut kedatangan kami dan hantar kami semasa check out.. cuma malam2 ada nyamuk. Biasalah.. hutan kan.. Kami beli ubat nyamuk pasang kt luar bilik masa lepak. 🤭

I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience during my stay at this hotel. Without any warning, call from the reception, or a knock on the door, a hotel technician suddenly opened the door. This is a severe breach of privacy and guest security. It left me feeling completely unsafe . Management needs to immediately review their staff protocols, as no employee should ever enter an occupied room without prior notice or checking if a guest is inside. While the room itself and the location were decent, this major security lapse ruined my entire experience. I would think twice before staying here again.
