We had a pleasant stay at Skyville Zen Resort and were quite satisfied with the facilities provided. We especially appreciated the water dispenser with both hot and cold water, which was very convenient. The boiler in the bathroom provided hot water for showers, and it was also nice to have hot water available from the tap. The mosquito net was another great feature. Even with the windows open, insects couldn’t easily get inside, which made the room comfortable and well-ventilated. The resort environment was quiet and peaceful, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi provided was difficult to connect to in the room, and the signal was quite weak. It would be great if the Wi-Fi coverage could be improved. Also, the road leading into the resort is quite narrow, so when two cars meet, one vehicle needs to give way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful facilities. With better Wi-Fi coverage, the experience would be even better.
