About this villa rental
This charming traditional Mallorcan house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, trees and hedges.
The holiday villa is very cosy and completely furnished with new furniture. The living-dining room has access to the kitchen as well as to the terrace with dining area. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and another bedroom with bathroom on the first floor.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a green lawn. The covered barbecue area with seating invites you to unforgettable evenings and meals.
This villa is very special, it is located in a quiet area and belongs to a well-known Mallorcan artist. The property is highly recommended for 2-6 people as well as for a family with children.
Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms
The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
Important
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
It should be noted that the holiday home has fibre optic internet, which allows for a fast home office.
Smoking is only allowed outside
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had great outdoors and with three bathrooms and theee bedrooms plus all space outdoors we had a great time.
Generally there was so many mosquitoes it would be great to have mosquitoes nets in front of windows as air conditioning was turned off we slept with windows open, but so many mosquitoes were in rooms which made good quality hard.

This is a small, attractive property very close to the charming town of Pollensa. The house has character and beautiful landscaping. There is a small pool (6 freestyle strokes from end to end). The living room is very comfortable with windows on 3 sides out to the beautiful lawn, The TV does not have streaming capabilities.
There is a grocery store 5 minutes away. This was a godsend because the house is very poorly stocked. There were empty boxes of tissues in each bath, no paper towels, one laundry detergent pod, and enough toilet paper for a few days. You should be prepared to bring or buy all supplies you need.
The kitchen is depressing - small, dark, hot (there is no air conditioning that reaches this room). The view out the window is to the neighborhood trash cans. Appliances are old and kitchen supplies were rudimentary. We spent as little time in the room as we could.
The two downstairs bedrooms are fine. The 1 1/2 downstairs baths are old and dark but adequate.
The main bedroom and bath are up a steep, narrow set of stairs. There is a comfortable king-size bed. Despite warning signs, you will hit your head multiple times on the pitched room over half the bedroom. Air conditioning did not cool the upstairs rooms. The management company checked and said it appeared fine. It was not fine.
There is a mini-sized clothes washer but no dryer. Neighbors are close on two sides. You will hear conversations, music, kids playing, etc.
