Lovely property set in the coutryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in a very quiet and private area. Surrounded by a beautiful garden. There is a living and dining room and a large kitchen with a dining area, both open to the front terrace, that features a living area and a dining area. The back terrace features a small living area, sunloungers and a barbeque. The rest of the ground floor consists of another living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a terrace, a large and lovely bathroom and two more bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The central heating costs 1,10 euros per litter and is under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.



A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

LOCATION



In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
