Villa Pedro with a private pool is a lovely, restored stone holiday villa offering beautiful mountain views and a great location. Set in the idyllic countryside between the resorts of Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on one of the fantastic beaches within a 10-minute drive. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in bright and spacious interiors distributed over one level. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of which have patio doors out to the terrace/garden, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a utility area with washing machine and a comfortable lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, Wi-Fi, dining facilities and patio doors to the terrace. A covered terrace provides a shaded area to relax and eat alfresco meals whilst the sunny poolside terrace and ample lawned gardens provide plenty of space for all to enjoy the sunny days. The inviting private pool with Roman steps and a poolside shower measures 10 x 5 meters and there is also a built-in barbecue and covered terrace with table tennis tennis provided. Villa Pedro is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living in the countryside whilst also having easy access to amenities, restaurants, sandy beaches and attractions and offers a peaceful retreat for relaxing holidays with family/friends.
