We stayed for one week with a family of 5 in the villa. It's very spacious. The inside area is already very roomy, but the outside areas even more. Upon arrival everything was very clean and getting the keys was very easy. The pool was very nice & clean, though at the end of April the water was a tad too cold for our kids.
The location is beautiful and (apart from some occasional animal noises like chickens, birds etc) very quiet. The Pollença village and the beach at Port de Pollença are a short drive (5 min / 10 min) and offer everything that is needed in terms of shops/beaches/restaurants. We had a very good time in this area of Mallorca which is relatively less touristic. A car is a must (or alternatively bikes).
