Finca Can Noble, Privater Pool, A/c, Wifi, Ruhige Lage

This well-maintained vacation home, clad in natural stone, is located in northwestern Mallorca, near the small town of Pollença, in the quiet suburb of La Font.
In just a few minutes (1.2 km), you can reach the town center—with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets—either on foot or by car. On Sundays, there is a weekly market in the main square.

The front door leads directly into the entryway with a dining area, and through a traditional arched doorway, guests enter the cozy living room, which features satellite TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for the colder months.
Two large French doors (glass doors) open this living area to the rear onto an open terrace with a dining table and chairs, and further on to the pool in the garden.

Adjacent to this is a well-equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, and built-in cabinets.
The washing machine is located in the utility room.

There are also two bedrooms on the first floor.
The so-called “master bedroom” has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The charming twin bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom.
From the entryway, a staircase leads to the first floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds that share a fully equipped family bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. In accordance with local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning is timer-controlled and operates from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

A special feature of this vacation home is a separate sunroom with a brick barbecue, stove, and sink, as well as a large dining table and an adjacent covered side terrace with another dining table and benches—ideal for outdoor meals overlooking the pool and garden.

The large pool, framed by natural stones, features Roman steps (stone steps) and an entry ladder.
Sun loungers are set up on the adjacent lawn.
