3 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Pollensa

Villa Font Aina is a beautiful refuge in the countryside, with its own fantastic and private view of the nearby mountains from the swimming pool. But, if you want to go out to dinner or spend a day at the beach, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are a short drive away. Each old town offers something different and is worth seeing during your stay. This charming 3-bedroom villa has WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the living room.As you approach the villa, you will be greeted by the imposing mountainside behind the house. The large gravel parking area is closed off from the lane, and the main entrance is located to one side of the building.The cosy living room and dining room are open-plan, with a large ornamental fireplace and windows overlooking the swimming pool and garden.The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, ideal for having tea or coffee early in the morning. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. A side door from the kitchen leads to the gardens.From the living room, a corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms. The double room has a private bathroom with a shower, while the 2 rooms with 2 single beds share an independent shower room.The gardens are surrounded on 3 sides by magnificent mountain views. The spacious terrace with lawn and swimming pool offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the landscape. There is also a rest area and a table and chairs on the covered terrace, with the barbecue on one side of the garden.Villa Font Aina can accommodate up to 6 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available FREE OF CHARGE upon request).Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMThe tourist tax is included in the price.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
