There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a full family bathroom on the first floor and on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area. The house has a large front terrace with a vineyard pergola and well maintained gardens which is home to an inviting private pool and a covered kitchen area with barbecue, wood burning oven and a handy shower room.
