This typical Mallorcan country house is located in a quiet area near the popular town of Pollença, in northwestern Mallorca.
Stunning views of the beautiful countryside with meadows and fields, as well as the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, add to the peaceful atmosphere.
The main entrance leads directly from the terrace with a pergola into the living-dining room, which features an open fireplace, satellite TV, and a DVD player.
There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
A stone archway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern amenities: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a renovated bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower is located outside the house.
The swimming pool, equipped with a ladder, is surrounded by a well-maintained garden featuring lawns and a variety of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Here, children can play freely, and our guests can relax on the sun loungers.
To the side of the house is a brick outdoor grill and a covered terrace with a cozy table and chairs. The second bathroom is also located here.
The stylish town of Pollença, located nearby, has much to offer visitors, including traditional cafés and restaurants with outdoor terraces, galleries featuring modern art and crafts, small boutiques, antique shops, and every Sunday in the main square with its church, there is a large market featuring fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as local specialties.
