It is difficult to put into words how wonderful this property is. Beautiful and a nice blend of modern amenities with historic classic charm. I appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen is so well stocked! Sabeeka was a wonderful host and very communicative. The town of Polling was wonderful to stroll around. People were friendly and the food at the local restaurants was delicious. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This is a very unique property for a vacation, and we loved staying there. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from grocery stores in the next town. The inside is a great mix of modern appliances and historic structure. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels, etc.

This farmhouse is located in a pretty village within easy reach of Munich and of the Austrian border.
The standard of the facilities is extremely high with comfortable beds, plenty of space to relax and all the kitchen accoutrements you could wish for. There is a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes’ walk along the road and 2 excellent restaurants in the village.
The owner, Sabeeka, is very responsive to any questions, and is happy to offer suggestions for nearby visits and day trips.
We had a wonderful stay, and would not hesitate to recommend this house as a base for exploring Bavaria.
