About this house rental
The holiday home "Das kleine Paradies" in Pürgen offers wonderful views of the Alps, which can be reached by car in about an hour. Spread over two floors, the property accommodates up to 12 guests and features a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and 4 bedrooms. Please note: There is only one bathroom with a toilet.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, washing machine, two TVs, books, and toys. Children will enjoy a trampoline and beanbag. A high chair and two baby cots are available on request for an extra charge.
The outdoor area offers a terrace, garden, balcony, barbecue, and a playground. Farm products from the on-site beekeeping are available. Distances: nearest restaurant 4 km, supermarket 2.5 km, Munich Airport 92 km, and Landsberg am Lech 10 km. Six parking spaces are provided on the property.
Please note: Smoking and pets are not allowed. Small gatherings of up to 25 people are permitted. Charging electric cars with your own cable at a high-voltage socket is possible for an additional electricity fee. Strict recycling rules apply; please ask the host upon arrival. The cleaning fee covers only wet cleaning and complete bathroom cleaning. The house must be left clean and swept, with beds stripped, upon departure. A checklist and all cleaning supplies are provided.
Beach towels and a shuttle to the train station are available on request for an extra charge. Private entrance, peaceful setting with views of the garden and fields.

Pros: Für Familien mit Kinder optimal, sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Trotzdem schnell in Landsberg, München, Ammersee…! Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus ideal für große und kleine Kinder.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist auf einem etwas abgelegenen Bauerrnhof, der aber schnell von der Autobahn erreichbar ist. Alles war sehr gepflegt und aus den Betten wacht man sehr erholt auf.
Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch sind viele Gewürze usw. schon vorhanden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit vor Ort ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel zu kaufen (Nudeln, Mehl...) und vorallem vorzüglichen Honig der Gastgeberin.
Der Kontakt zu ihr ist äußerst unkompliziert und freundlich - hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
