Es war perfekt. Sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Es war tatsächlich traumhaft. Wir haben uns für eine so große Wohnung entschieden, um die Regentage zu überbrücken. Es hat aber nicht geregnet und umso schöner war es das Apartment einfach so genießen zu können. Wir haben den Lake District noch nicht „zu den Akten gelegt“ und wenn wir wieder Zeit finden, dann werden wir dieses Apartment erneut buchen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, es ist nicht nur sehr liebevoll, sondern auch perfekt eingerichtet um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.
Einziges Hindernis war das Schlafzimmer mit Dachschräge, dass meinem Mann mit 1,85m zum Verhängnis wurde. Aber wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt einfach das Bett verschoben. Somit war es problemlos und zur Abreise haben wir alles wieder umgeräumt.

Comfortable beds and sofas, everything in the property was of a high standard, pictures and decorative items were obviously chosen with care and of lovely quality.
Just a few small observations. The bath is difficult to get in and out of being in the eaves, the upstairs bedroom with sloping roof made the bed awkward to get out of one side. The bedroom window needs replacing, the note says please do not open as it is hard to shut, but it had alrady been opened and could not close, it was held almost shut by a bracket that has been installed, which meant it was a bit draughty. The step from the hall to the kitchen is not wide enough to get your foot on, we both slipped several times and it is dangerous, and a health and safety issue especially for older people like us. This could easiily be rectified by increasing the step which would not intrude into the kitchen,
