Spacious, comfortable and central.
Spacious flat, beautifully presented and equipped. Shower was brilliant after getting chilled swimming in a tarn. Grasmere is central..big enough to have pubs and cafes nearby, but small enough to be peaceful in the evenings. Cafe below gives a discount for occupiers..lovely food, very reasonably priced.
Nothing at all. Owner asked what he could improve.. couldn't find anything of note.

Location and clean.
No reception on the TV for Netflix or IPLAYER. ?? Delivery for the Café, lorry's leaving engine running( Pioneer Foods ) example. Top of stairs holding water , door entrance feels very exposed , needs frosted windows.

superb location, which is central, but quiet. nice big lounge
no washing machine. no dedicated outdoor space. however, we were aware of these deficiencies when booking, so no problem.

Great flat in the centre of Grasmere!
What a wonderful place. Fantastic location in the middle of lovely Grasmere. The flat seemed brand new with all the comforts and facilities imaginable, all to a very high standard. The place was perfect for us, a group of four, and we would have loved to have stayed another four days!
Can't think of any criticisms!
