Spacious flat, beautifully presented and equipped. Shower was brilliant after getting chilled swimming in a tarn. Grasmere is central..big enough to have pubs and cafes nearby, but small enough to be peaceful in the evenings. Cafe below gives a discount for occupiers..lovely food, very reasonably priced.
Nothing at all. Owner asked what he could improve.. couldn't find anything of note.

No reception on the TV for Netflix or IPLAYER. ??
Delivery for the Café, lorry's leaving engine running( Pioneer Foods ) example.
Top of stairs holding water , door entrance feels very exposed , needs frosted windows.
