1- The receptionists are loos in allowing people not residing in the residence to come in. I had an incident where a stranger knock on my door at 5:30 am!! insisting that his friend resides in the same apartment. After a long story we found that he work in a saloon who does an outdoor service!!!! (But at 5:30 am ??!!) & he had a wrong room number given to him by another guest. Here the question is why the receptionist allows people to come in without calling the guest in the apartment and asks his permission?
2- The company representative whom you rent the apartment from, although he is helpful and kind, is available only from 9 am till 7 pm or so. If you have an issue which needs to be solved late at night or early in the morning, it’s difficult to get hold of him because the communications are all on Whatsup, they are not taking the direct call outside those times?!! I face that in the issue above (No.1)
