Lokalizacja to niewątpliwie największy atut, apartament jest wielki, wiele łazienek, duża rodzina ładnie się rozgości. Piękny widok z balkonu z widokiem na Burj Kalifa, parę kroków do Dubaj Mall, zamówione samochody ładnie podjeżdżają pod budynek, sklep spożywczy 100m dalej. Rewelacja. Oprócz tego aktywny Netflix i YouTube Premium - super.

Kłopoty z Ciepłą wodą, w niektórych łazienkach była cały czas, ale tam gdzie wanna (a lubimy wannę i mamy maluchy) musieliśmy dogrzewać czajnikiem. W apartamencie jest konsola PS5 ale, nie sposób było z niej skorzystać, jeden pad uszkodzony, chcieliśmy we dwoje zagrać. Hasło WiFi, zawarte na kartce powitalnej nie działało. Trzy małe łyżki w szufladzie na sztućce dla 7 osobowej rodziny to trochę za mało, widelców też było mało.

It was super clean, furniture was classy. They are prompt to respond in case of any challenges faced while you are at the apartment. 👌

Location is great if you like to walk about 1-1.5 km to the Dubai mall, aquarium and burj Khalifa. Views are good for the burj and the fountain.

The prime reason for choosing this location was for the unobstructed views of the Dubai mall fountain but unfortunately the fountains were under renovation. Also there was construction around the building which is very noisy in the balcony and also when the doors are shut you can still hear the noise. I understand that these are out of the host’s control but a disclaimer should have been put up on all postings as it should be the customer’s choice to make a decision to choose the place with complete knowledge of what place you are renting. Apart from that below could be improved. - A/C is too cold and doesn’t have heat when needs a higher temperature. I was told it’s a common set up all over Dubai. There could be instructions added how to bring up the temp and keep the temp at a moderate when gusts arrive. - locker wasn’t working but they fixed it that afternoon , I had to take call valuables with me until it got fixed. - apt front door lock wasn’t working. The battery was low but it lost me few hours - need more universal power points all over the apt as you can’t change your phone with browsing on it. I was told I would get a new power point but I did not get it.
